Working closely with the Director, you'll have the autonomy to bring ideas to life, develop and execute the marketing strategy, create standout content, drive new growth opportunities and improve the systems and processes behind the scenes.

reporting and optimisation Systems, automation and process improvement Supporting projects, priorities and the wider team What we're looking for: We're looking for someone with around 4–7 years' marketing experience who is creative, commercially minded and genuinely hands-on.
You'll be someone who: Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do Can turn an idea into action quickly Is highly organised with strong attention to detail Is comfortable juggling multiple priorities Enjoys working closely with business owners Brings ideas, energy and a solutions-focused approach Has strong experience across social, content and digital marketing This is a role for someone who wants to be more than just a Marketing Manager - You'll have the prospect to influence the brand, improve the business and see the direct impact of your work!
