Noah's Creative Juices is growing — and we're looking for an experienced Forklift Operator / Picker to join the team!
This is your chance to get in right from the start at a brand-new, state-of-the-art food and beverage manufacturing facility in South-East Melbourne.
We're looking for someone who knows their way around a high-reach forklift, enjoys keeping things moving and takes genuine pride in doing a excellent job.
As part of the founding team , you won't just be another number in a warehouse.

You'll play an important role in keeping the warehouse and production operation running smoothly, including: Operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts Moving raw ingredients,



packaging and finished products Supplying production lines with materials Picking, palletising, wrapping and preparing orders Loading and securing containers and dispatch vehicles Receiving and storing incoming stock Maintaining accurate stock levels and batch records Working across ambient and chilled areas Following food safety, quality and WHS procedures Keeping the warehouse organised, safe and running efficiently ⭐ What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who is reliable, switched-on and takes pride in what they do.
Ideally, you'll have: 2–3+ years' high-reach forklift experience A current Victorian LF Forklift Licence Experience in FMCG, food beverage, cold-chain or temperature-controlled warehousing Strong attention to detail and stock accuracy Experience with container loading and dispatch — highly regarded Full Australian working rights The ability to work permanently Monday–Friday But more than anything, we're looking for someone who cares about their work .
