Sydney Based - 5 Days On-Site Amazing opportunities for growth progression $80-$90K + Superannuation The opportunity to join a high-performing IT team as an ICT Support Technician, delivering Tier 2 support and playing a key role in IT operations project delivery across a growing, multi-site business.
The Role: Working closely with the wider IT team, you'll provide hands-on technical support across retail, corporate and distribution environments, acting as a key escalation point for more complex technical issues.
Alongside day-to-day support, you'll gain great exposure to IT projects, technology rollouts, new site implementations and infrastructure upgrades, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow beyond traditional service desk support.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to keep systems running smoothly, deliver an exceptional user experience and continuously improve the way IT supports the business.
Essential Skills Experience: 3+ years' experience in a hands-on IT Support role, ideally at Level 2 l Strong technical troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking and user access Solid experience across Microsoft 365, Active Directory,
