As a Senior Security Specialist, you'll lead complex investigations, manage critical security risks, advise senior leaders, and drive initiatives that strengthen security across our national network.

Deliver security training and awareness programs to internal stakeholders.
Analyse security trends and recommend proactive risk mitigation strategies.




Support business continuity through effective incident management and security planning.
Drive Aviation security compliance, initiatives and regulatory changes.
These responsibilities align with the Senior Security Specialist role's focus on investigations, loss prevention, security management, process improvement, compliance, stakeholder engagement and project leadership.
What You Bring We're looking for a security professional who can confidently operate in a complex operational environment and influence outcomes through expertise, credibility and strong stakeholder relationships.
5+ years' experience in Law Enforcement, Corporate Security, Aviation Security, Military or a related field.
Availability for regular national and international travel Experience conducting complex investigations and managing security incidents.
Solid risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with senior leaders and external agencies.
Sound judgement and decision-making under pressure.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A continuous improvement mindset focused on delivering business outcomes.
