Alteryx Support Analyst Engagement: 6-month contract Location: Sydney, hybrid Start: ASAP Contract: Full-time The role We're looking for an experienced Alteryx Support Analyst to join a data and analytics environment supporting business-critical Alteryx workflows, applications and users.
This is a hands-on support role focused on keeping the Alteryx environment running effectively, troubleshooting workflow and platform issues, supporting users, and working with technical teams to resolve incidents and improve platform stability.
You'll suit this role if you have strong Alteryx technical knowledge , enjoy problem-solving, and can work directly with both technical teams and business users.
What you'll do Provide day-to-day technical support across the Alteryx platform and associated workflows .
Investigate and resolve workflow failures, scheduling issues, data connectivity problems and platform incidents.
Support Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server/Gallery users.
Monitor scheduled workflows and proactively identify recurring failures or performance issues.
Troubleshoot data sources, database connections, permissions and authentication issues.
Work with developers, data teams and business users to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
Support deployment and migration of Alteryx workflows between environments.
Maintain support documentation,



knowledge articles and troubleshooting procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, support processes and workflow performance.
What we're looking for Commercial experience supporting or developing solutions using Alteryx .
Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer and ideally Alteryx Server / Gallery .
Strong troubleshooting skills across workflows, scheduling, data connections and platform issues.
Positive understanding of SQL and relational databases .
Experience working with enterprise data sources and APIs is beneficial.
Exposure to ITSM processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira .
Ability to investigate technical issues independently and communicate solutions clearly to users.
Experience within a large enterprise, financial services or regulated environment would be advantageous.
Nice to have Alteryx certification.
Power BI or broader BI/reporting experience.
Exposure to Azure or other cloud data platforms.
Experience with platform administration, upgrades or environment monitoring.
