We're partnering with a large Queensland Government department to find a Senior Learning Knowledge Management Officer for a major enterprise systems program.
The role You'll design, develop and evaluate learning and knowledge content (eLearning, face-to-face training and end-user documentation) for large statewide implementations across workforce management, payroll, SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
Key responsibilities Coordinate the design and development of courses, training manuals and evaluations using instructional design methods Develop knowledge management frameworks and supporting business and system practices Provide functional leadership to a team creating and maintaining end-user documentation and support materials Update user documentation for software releases, including quality review and knowledge transfer Manage version control so knowledge libraries and portals hold the latest content Lead quality checks and audits of documentation Advise project teams and stakeholders on knowledge management tools About you Experience coordinating the design, creation, packaging and maintenance of knowledge resources Proven ability to develop,



implement and evaluate learning resources for blended training Sound application of contemporary L D principles in complex, high-change environments Excellent writing skills across work instructions, training and assessment materials, and work support tools Confidence facilitating and consulting at all levels in complex project environments Solid relationship-building skills across teams and stakeholders Experience developing training for SAP or other large enterprise systems is highly regarded.
