Position – Marketing Specialist Location – Hallam, Victoria **** Salary - $80,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation per annum Employment Type - Full-time, Permanent THE ROLE: This an excellent chance for a motivated marketing professional to take responsibility for market research, marketing strategy, digital campaigns, product promotion and marketing communications within a technical, B2B environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: · Develop and implement marketing strategies and activities to promote the company's products and services.
· Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify market opportunities, target sectors, customer needs and industry trends.
· Research potential clients and commercial stakeholders within target markets.
· Analyse market, customer and campaign performance data and provide recommendations on product positioning, promotional strategies, target markets and other marketing activities.
· Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites and other relevant channels.
· Manage website and digital marketing content, including product pages, landing pages and promotional material.
· Apply SEO and website analytics practices to support digital marketing activities and assess performance.
· Prepare and coordinate product catalogues,



brochures, technical data sheets, presentations and other marketing material.
· Manage audience segmentation, targeted email campaigns and lead-nurturing activities.
· Coordinate marketing-generated leads and market opportunities with the sales team and other internal stakeholders.
· Prepare marketing reports and monitor campaign outcomes and customer engagement.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: · Relevant qualification, such as a bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, International Business or a related discipline (or agreed equivalent).
· At least one year of relevant professional marketing experience as a Marketing Specialist.
· Experience in market research, campaign coordination, digital marketing, marketing analysis and product promotion.
· B2B marketing experience within the HVAC, air filtration, building services or a related technical or industrial products sector will be highly regarded.
· Strong written communication, analytical and stakeholder coordination skills.
· Ability to interpret market and campaign information and translate findings into practical marketing recommendations.
· Experience in digital marketing, SEO, marketing analytics, email marketing, lead generation, CRM and marketing automation, website content management and social media will be highly regarded.
· You must have unrestricted working rights to work full time in Australia to be eligible for consideration.
