Work alongside experienced landscaping professionals, with a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor in your corner Where you'll work: Hazelmere, Midland, Casuarina, Jandakot, East Perth, Perth International Airport The Client An established and respected Perth landscaping business delivering maintenance across commercial and residential sites.
They're known for quality, safety and presentation, and they're looking for an experienced Leading Hand who takes pride in their work and enjoys being out on site.
The Position You'll stay hands-on while helping organise the day's activities, keeping the work protected, on time and up to standard.
Key Responsibilities Deliver professional landscape maintenance across your allocated commercial and residential sites.
Plan and coordinate daily tasks so work is completed on time and to a high standard Assess your sites, spot issues and opportunities early, and flag them to your Supervisor Be the professional face for clients on site Work across horticulture, turf management,



irrigation and hard and soft landscaping Operate and look after your tools, machinery, vehicle and equipment safely Report hazards, delays or resource needs to your Supervisor Complete daily site reports, photos, timesheets, pre-starts and HSE documentation The Criteria You're confident working independently on site and know how to take direction when needed.
Ideally you have: Solid commercial and/or residential landscape maintenance experience Strong knowledge of horticulture, turf, irrigation and hard/soft landscaping A proactive eye for site issues and improvements Good written and verbal communication A strong commitment to safe work practices A reliable, professional approach Essential: First Aid qualification Construction White Card C Class Driver's License Current Pesticides License Current Working at Heights qualification Desirable: MR Driver's License Cert III in Horticulture or similar EWP Ticket Please call Kaylie Pinniger on *********** at Gough Recruitment or simply hit APPLY NOW.
