Job Description About the role Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Manufacturing, you will: Develop and manage a rolling, collaborative sales forecast.
Lead and support the S OP and S OE planning cadence.
Analyse demand performance, identify risks and recommend solutions.
Develop reporting across volume, pricing, customers and current business trends.
Improve forecast accuracy, customer fulfilment and planning processes.
Maintain demand planning tools, templates, KPIs and operating rhythms.
Support system and process improvement projects across the division.
About you You will bring: Depth of experience in demand planning gained within manufacturing environments.
Experience establishing or improving demand planning and S OP processes.
Strong analytical, forecasting and problem-solving capability.




Experience with ERP systems, essentially, SAP.
Exposure to statistical forecasting models and machine learning methodologies.
Demonstrated change management and continuous improvement experience.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
