This role will be an important part of that journey, helping to shape how members interact with the organisation across its digital channels.
About the Role This 0.8 FTE Digital Producer role combines hands-on digital production with the opportunity to contribute to a significant digital transformation program.
You'll be responsible for managing and uploading content through the organisation's CMS, supporting website improvements and contributing to broader digital experience initiatives.
A key component of the role will be your involvement in the organisation's digital transformation strategy.
Working alongside an external consultant and internal working group, you'll have a genuine voice in shaping the future digital experience, ensuring the member remains at the centre of the strategy and decision-making process .
You'll also contribute to projects involving the website and CRM ecosystem, making this a varied role for someone who enjoys combining digital production, stakeholder management and project work.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain website content through the organisation's CMS Upload,



edit and optimise digital content to ensure a consistent online experience Contribute to website UX and digital experience improvements Play an active role in the digital transformation strategy and working group Represent the member experience perspective across transformation initiatives Identify opportunities to improve digital journeys and member interactions Contribute to the review and upgrade of the website and CRM ecosystem Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external consultants and technology partners Support broader digital projects from planning through to implementation Manage project timelines, requirements and stakeholder communications About You You're a digital professional who enjoys being hands-on with websites and content, while also having the opportunity to contribute to larger digital projects and transformation initiatives.
You'll be comfortable working across CMS, website, UX and digital experience , with the stakeholder management skills to bring different teams together and keep projects moving.
You will bring: Experience working with a CMS, ideally Drupal, although this is not essential Experience managing website content and digital channels An understanding of UX and digital customer/member journeys Experience contributing to digital transformation or website projects Robust stakeholder management and communication skills Project management experience and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives A member/customer-first mindset and strong understanding of digital experience Experience with CRM platforms or EventsAir would be advantageous Why Apply?
