THE ROLE: Level 2/3 IT Support / Infrastructure Technician FIFO End Client: Mineral Resources Location: WA FIFO Contract: Initial 3 months, with potential to extend based on performance Rate: ***** per hour Super Key responsibilities: Provide Level 2/3 technical support across the mining site.
Support desktops, laptops, hardware and end-user environments.
Troubleshoot networking, communications and wireless issues.
Provide basic server and infrastructure support.
Assist with general IT infrastructure troubleshooting and maintenance.
Work with enterprise technologies including Cisco, Dell, Cisco UCS, Pure Storage and wireless environments .
Support users and operational teams in a remote mining environment.
Escalate complex issues where required and work closely with wider technical teams.




Maintain strong customer service and communication standards.
THE CANDIDATE: Previous FIFO experience is essential .
Solid Level 2/3 IT support experience.
Broad technical knowledge across: Desktop support Networking Communications Servers General infrastructure Experience in mining or other remote-site environments highly desirable.
Exposure to Cisco, Dell, UCS, Pure Storage and wireless technologies advantageous.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable working in hot and challenging site conditions.
OT experience is advantageous but not essential.
