The Opportunity We are currently seeking trade-qualified Electricians to join our team at Yurra Building for camp and residential refurbishment projects across the Pilbara.
We are ideally seeking Karratha Residential Electricians to work Mon-Fri or on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster, with shifts of approximately ***** hours per day.
This is initially a casual position based in the Karratha, with FIFO options possible from Perth also available for the right candidate.
Candidates who hold a Cert II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems (Split System Installer) will be highly regarded.
RTIO inductions are desirable but not essential.
Candidates with current RTIO inductions and relevant residential experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment across site Be fluent in Electrical testing and compliance Experience with residential,



commercial and mining installs Perform tasks to industry standards and in line with RTIO and/or project-specific requirements Read and interpret electrical plans and schematics Have a good handle on AS/NZ ****:**** and WAER **** Conduct regular testing, fault finding, and diagnostics Maintain a safe and clean work environment Collaborate with project supervisors and trades to ensure project deadlines are met Must Haves: WA Electrical License C Class Unrestricted Driver's License White Card (Construction Induction) First Aid / LVR / CPR Looked favorably at Fully RTIO inducted workers or willing and able to complete inductions Working at Heights certification Good communication and teamwork skills Respect for Indigenous culture and values Ability to be fit tested for respirator use Other qualifications that are desirable: Cert II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems Electrical Nominee What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate Meaningful employment with real community impact.
