We are seeking an accomplished and commercially minded finance executive to take on the role of Group Chief Financial Officer within a large, complex and purpose-driven organisation operating in the healthcare sector.
Reporting to the Group Chief Executive and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping organisational strategy, ensuring financial sustainability and driving long-term performance.
The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including financial strategy and stewardship, enterprise performance, capital and investment planning, commercial partnerships, business improvement and transformation.
The successful candidate will also lead and develop a high-performing finance function and provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders and the Board.
We are looking for a senior finance executive with substantial experience in the private hospital or private health sector in Australia, complemented by robust commercial acumen,



sound financial governance expertise and a proven ability to lead through complexity and change.
