Lives Lived Well are a values based not for profit and have been providing valuable Mental Health and AOD support to individuals, families and veterans in the community across QLD, NSW and SA for more than 40 years.
Lives Lived Well deliver headspace Early Psychosis in South East Queensland, supporting young people aged ***** who are experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, psychosis.
The service runs on a hub-and-spoke model: the Southport hub is home to MATT and the Continuing Care Team (CCT), and the Meadowbrook spoke site works closely alongside it.
As the intake point for the whole program, MATT covers the Gold Coast and the Brisbane South PHN region.
The team provides triage, comprehensive assessment and treatment recommendations for young people presenting with moderate to severe and complex mental health concerns.
As the Senior Clinician, you will lead comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and clinical formulations for young people referred to the service.
This is an assessment-focused role rather than ongoing therapy.
You will gather full developmental histories, engage families and carers, and complete specialist early psychosis assessments.
You will then bring your formulation to the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to determine the right pathway, whether that's the CCT or another service.
You'll report to the Team Leader and work alongside a team of senior clinicians,



clinicians and consultant psychiatrists.
