This is a hands-on, physically active outdoor role supporting both the thinning and harvest seasons across nectarine, apricot, and apple crops.
You'll work as part of a fast-paced team where fruit quality, productivity, reliability, and safe work practices are essential.
Key Responsibilities You'll support seasonal orchard operations by thinning and harvesting fruit while maintaining quality standards and meeting daily production requirements.
Thin nectarine, apricot, and apple crops as required Harvest fruit according to quality and maturity standards Sort and handle fruit carefully to minimise bruising and damage Complete general orchard and crop maintenance duties Work efficiently to meet daily production targets Follow supervisor instructions and orchard procedures Maintain safe work practices throughout each shift Assist with other seasonal orchard duties as required Benefits Competitive $***** per hour + penalty rates Seasonal employment for approximately 5 months Robust earning potential with approximately 45 hours per week Opportunity to work across both thinning and harvest activities Gain further experience across multiple fruit crops in a commercial orchard Your Skills Experience To be successful, you'll be physically capable, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
