Location: Noranda Short Term Accommodation Salary: $84,****** – $90,****** per annum + generous not-for-profit salary packaging Employment: Permanent Full-Time (76 hours a fortnight) Lead and develop a high-performing support service Rocky Bay is looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead our Noranda service and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for adults with disability.

As the Team Leader , you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and coordination of the service, ensuring a high-quality experience for customers and their families.
You'll lead and support Support Workers, providing coaching, guidance and development while ensuring the team has the skills, training and support needed to meet individual customer needs.
You will bring strong interpersonal skills, sound decision-making capabilities, and a deep, genuine commitment to enriching the lives of adults living with a disability.
You'll be responsible for: Leading and developing the team through coaching, mentoring and regular feedback Overseeing master and fortnightly rosters to ensure they meet customer needs and operate within budget Building robust relationships with customers, families, Support Coordinators,



Therapists and other key stakeholders Developing and reviewing customer plans and coordinating supports to meet individual goals Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build trust with families and coordinate smooth transitions into ongoing Short Term Accommodation.
Risk Governance – Manage operational incidents and feedback, using insights to strengthen service quality and continuous improvement.
Ensuring the service meets NDIS quality standards, legislation and Rocky Bay policies and procedures Promoting a positive, person-centred culture across the service This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with your team and the people we support while providing the oversight and direction needed to deliver an exceptional service.
About You We're looking for an experienced leader who can bring strong people skills, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to supporting adults with disability.
You'll have : Previous experience in a leadership role and managing diverse teams Strong understanding of NDIS regulatory requirements Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Ability to promote the business and its services to increase brand awareness,
