About The Role:
n
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for working with both new and existing clients to quote, manage, and deliver locksmithing project work. Your role will include:
n

Attending sites to complete surveys and gather project information
n
Preparing quotes
n
Following up quotes and converting opportunities into confirmed jobs
n




Project managing jobs through our internal systems
n
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
n
Working closely with our operations, scheduling, and service teams
n
Working alongside three other experienced BDMs in the same role
n
n
About You:
n
This is a great chance for someone who understands the trade and wants to use that knowledge in a more client-facing, project-focused position. We are looking for someone who:

Has locksmithing trade experience
n
Is ready to move off the road and into a new career pathway
n
Communicates well with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
n
Is organised and able to manage multiple jobs at once
n
Has a willingness to learn quoting, project management, and sales
n
Enjoys building relationships and solving problems
n
Wants to be part of a supportive and experienced team
