We are seeking reliable, respectful Personal Care Assistants to provide person-centred assistance to clients in their homes. Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal hygiene and grooming, including showering, dressing, and toileting support.
Support mobility and transfers using safe manual handling practices or aids as required.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.
Provide medication reminders and report any concerns to the care coordinator or health professionals.
Complete light household tasks to maintain a safe and tidy living space.
Offer companionship, emotional support, and engagement in social or recreational activities.
Follow individualized care plans, document care activities accurately, and communicate changes promptly.
Requirements




Requirements Availability for immediate start and flexible scheduling to meet client needs.
Own reliable car and willingness to travel locally between client homes.
Full Australian Drivers Licence with a clean record.
Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
Experience in personal care, disability support, aged care, or related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
Ability to follow instructions, document care activities, and work independently.
