The Role:
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Used Car Aftermarket Customer Care Consultant to join our team. You will need tohave a strong commitment to customer service and be highly driven to achieve targets. We are fun-loving, hard-working and would love for you to join our team!
Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Presenting aftercare products and accessories face to face and over the phone to dealership clients
Preparation of warranty paperwork
Maintaining reports and general data entry
Co ordinate vehicle deliveries with clients and sales team




Maintain product knowledge and attend training
Selection Criteria
Must have previous experience in an automotive aftermarket role.
Highest level of commitment to customer service
Qualified, polished personal presentation
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
Highly motivated and results driven
Strong interpersonal and team skills
