About the role: The Project Support Officer/Data Analyst is accountable to the Senior Project Manager (SALHN) to assist in the effective delivery of administration support and data analytics for Priority Projects in the PMO.
Provide executive officer functions to committee and working groups including preparation and distributions of agenda and minutes, monitoring actions to report completion of outstanding items within agreed time frames.
Researching issues and providing background to support decision making of a projects.
Gathering data and information and providing reports.
Preparing briefing notes in preparation for meetings and as background to emerging issues.
Undertaking various administrative and project activities.
About you: High level of interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels from a range of professions, and to develop rapport and effective working relationships with staff at senior levels.
Proven ability to prepare timely, clear and concise written communication including agendas, minutes and briefs.
Proven intermediate computing skills, including use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly Outlook, Excel,



Word and PowerPoint.
Experience in the administration and maintenance of electronic medical records, in particular with EMR.
Significant experience in producing a range of high-quality documents.
Experience establishing, maintaining and improving office administrative systems, procedures and processes, including record keeping systems.
