An established and highly regarded civil contractor is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join their team in Adelaide.
Delivering a diverse range of projects across civil, commercial, health, education, transport and leisure sectors, this is a great opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong industry reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing accurate estimates, quantity take-offs and cost plans
Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing
Preparing pre-qualifications, tenders and submissions
Working closely with Project Managers, engineers and key stakeholders
About You:
Proven experience as a Civil Estimator or similar
Strong project experience across civil earthworks, structural concrete, commercial landscaping,



reinforcement and stormwater drainage
Experience delivering projects across civic, commercial, health, education, transport or leisure sectors
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, costs and estimating processes
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
