You'll lead operational performance, support strategic priorities and drive service improvement across multiple sites.
Lead operational activities across Neuroscience and Rehabilitation
Shape strategic direction, service standards and priorities
Drive workforce, financial and operational performance
Oversee budgets, assets, risk, safety and quality outcomes
Lead service reform, complex change and sustainable improvement
About You
You're a collaborative leader who brings sound judgement,



strategic thinking and a strong commitment to high‐quality public healthcare.
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold an appropriate Allied Health qualification and registration
Bring senior operational leadership in a clinical setting
Apply financial, workforce and business management expertise
Use data and patient flow insights to drive performance
Lead change and build strong multidisciplinary partnerships
