Registered Psychologist | Flexible Caseload
Radical Recruitment is partnering with a well-established education and wellbeing provider in Townsville, QLD to appoint a Registered Psychologist on a flexible caseload basis. This is a genuine opportunity to shape your role around your clinical interests, working across therapy, assessments, and report writing with children, adolescents, and adults within a supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team that is expanding in ****.
This opportunity is well suited to an experienced psychologist who values clinical autonomy, wants to develop a special interest in child and youth psychology, and is looking for an organisation that actually invests in its clinicians rather than just advertising that it does.
About the Role
You will build a caseload aligned with your skills, interests, and career goals, with variety across individual therapy, psychological assessments, and report writing. The team works with children, adolescents, and adults, and there is genuine scope to develop a special interest area within child and youth psychology.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team with ongoing mentoring, coaching, and professional development built into the role. The culture is collaborative and the leadership is clinically minded.
What are we looking for?




Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist.
Experience working with children and young people.
Competency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches including CBT, ACT, and DBT.
Foundational knowledge and experience in child development and psychological assessment.
Confidence working autonomously and managing a diverse caseload.
Experience in family therapy is highly regarded but not essential.
