The Role
As AZZO continues to grow, we're looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join our team on a part-time (0.6 FTE), 6-month contract.
This is a hands-on support role with a strong focus on recruitment and HR administration.
You'll assist with coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding current employees, maintaining employee and candidate records, and supporting the day-to-day administration of the People & Culture function.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, candidate correspondence and interview coordination.
Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including reference, licence and background checks.




Support new employee onboarding and induction, including documentation and system updates.
Maintain accurate employee, training, competency and compliance records.
Assist with general employee enquiries and day-to-day People & Culture administration.
About You
You'll be organised, reliable and comfortable working across multiple priorities in a busy environment.
You'll bring:
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Valuable computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn HR and recruitment systems.
A collaborative and approachable working style.
Previous experience in administration, HR, recruitment or a similar support role is desirable.
