Team Assistant
Part-Time, 4 Days per Week (Tuesday to Friday Preferred)
8:30am - 5:00pm | On-site Position

We are seeking a Team Assistant to provide high-quality support to the CEO, Deputy CEO and broader leadership team. About the Role
Reporting to the Deputy CEO, this is a key support position that provides administrative, coordination and governance support across the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with managers and teams across the organisation and become an significant member of the broader leadership support team. No two days are likely to be the same. You may be preparing board papers and agendas one day, coordinating meetings and following up actions the next, and then assisting with projects, research or organisational initiatives. Success in this role will come from being organised, adaptable, collaborative and willing to step in wherever support is needed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to the CEO and Deputy CEO
Prepare agendas, reports, presentations and meeting documentation
and manage follow-up actions
Coordinate meetings, provide minute taking and administrative support for advisory boards and committee meetings
Contribute and support efficiency and effectiveness of systems, processes and services
Assist managers with reporting and administrative requirements
Support organisational projects and initiatives
Assist with governance and compliance-related activities
Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the leadership team
