Property Manager OR Junior Property Manager
A growing agency in Sydney's Eastern Beaches is seeking a Junior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of around 60 properties within an actively growing rent roll.
This role is structured to let you focus on what property management should be about: building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, without the admin heavy tasks that usually spread PMs thin, and with genuine day to day support from a hands on Head of Property Management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 properties
Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs




Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy notices
Handle day to day tenancy issues and communications
Maintain accurate portfolio records within the CRM
About You
Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (NSW)
Some experience in property management, at assistant or junior level, or a solid administrative background looking to step into the industry
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, customer focused approach
Own reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
