Tyrolit Australia Pty Ltd is one of Australia's largest manufacturer and suppliers of Diamond Tools and Machinery for use in the skilled Concrete cutting, Floor Grinding and Hire industries.

We currently have a vacancy in our Noble Park (Melbourne)Sales Office for a Customer Service / Warehouse Officer - Full Time.
n
Specific Responsibilities will include:
n
n
Provide customer service to our customers over the counter, by email and phone.
n
Provide sales support for the External Sales team.
n
Order entry using SAP.
n
Ensuring efficient operation and presentation of Warehouse.
n
Warehouse receipting and dispatching duties.
n
Manage clerical and warehouse duties.
n
Manual handling of stock will be required with use forklift Licence required.




n
Conduct weekly cycle counting of stocks.
n
n
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:
n
n
Warehouse operations and organization skills.
n
High attention to detail and accurate data entry.
n
Punctual, reliable, with a good work ethic.
n
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
n
The successful applicant may have experience in:
n
n
Telephone answering and order taking.
n
Experience in warehousing, current forklift licence
n
Use of a computerised order entry system.
n
SAP experience will be highly regarded.
n
