About the Role
We're looking for a
highly organised, people-focused Client Administrator & Onboarding Coordinator
to join our growing team.
This is a
client-facing role
where you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients. You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly — from answering phones and managing communication to supporting compliance, administration & client onboarding.
This position is ideal for someone who:

This is a
full time role, but the hours can be flexible for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and manage client enquiries
Manage ATO correspondence and assist with lodgements (BAS, IAS, PAYG,



etc.)
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Assist with company setups and ASIC compliance
Maintain accurate client records and communication logs
Support Pod Managers and Accountants with day-to-day admin
Follow up outstanding information and keep workflows moving
AML Compliance
Recent Client Onboarding
About You
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A confident communicator who enjoys working with clients
Accounting firm experience
Proactive and willing to learn
Reliable and follows through on commitments
Brings a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
Nice to have (but not essential):
Exposure to ATO processes or compliance
Accounts experience
