HSEQ Advisors
to join our client on multiple Infrastructure projects throughout Donnybrook and surrounding suburbs.
This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a high-profile tier 2 civil contractor while ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and implement HSE policies and procedures across multiple projects.
Roaming position throughout the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Provide guidance and training to staff on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
Investigate and report incidents, ensuring lessons learned are integrated into future practices.




Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with company and legislative requirements.
Qualifications, Experience and Must Haves
Proven experience in a similar HSEQ role, preferably in the
civil construction industry.
Tertiary qualification in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
(Certificate 4 in OHS minimum)
Comprehensive knowledge of Australian HSE standards and legislation.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drugs, alcohol and fitness test.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams.
