About the Role
Prepare healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for children
Cater for dietary, allergy, and cultural requirements
Manage food ordering, stock control, and kitchen budgets
Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Work closely with educators and families to support children's wellbeing
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
About You
Experience in a commercial kitchen, childcare, aged care, school, or similar environment
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
Passionate about nutrition and children's wellbeing
Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Current Queensland Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
