About the Role:

Lead planning and building permit design reviews, providing risk-based assessments of complex buildings to improve the speed, consistency, and quality of architectural advice, regulatory decisions, and project delivery outcomes.

What we are looking for:

The Residential Apartments and Complex Buildings division in BPC is looking for a highly experienced architect and delivery leader with outstanding technical expertise and the ability to drive complex projects from concept to completion.

- Provide technical leadership and design assurance for complex, high-risk projects, delivering expert advice on design quality, compliance, constructability, risk management, and project outcomes.
- Drive project delivery and stakeholder engagement by collaborating with developers, consultants,
- Regulators, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues, manage risks, and achieve high-quality design outcomes.
- Lead AI-driven innovation and technical transformation, advancing digital assessment, risk analysis, automation, and emerging technologies to improve the speed, consistency, and quality of design reviews and regulatory decisions.
- Strengthen governance, quality, and organisational performance through strategic advice, policy development, technical assurance, reporting, continuous improvement, and compliance with legislative and safety requirements.
