We are seeking a VR General Practitioner to provide weekly visits to Residential Aged Care facilities across Caloundra. You select your total patient load and session availability to support your work-life balance and earn 80% of total billings as well as additional Aged Care GP incentive payments. You will be providing much needed face to face GP care to those in Aged Care and supporting them through their end of life pathway. As a Non-traditional GP Practice you will be able to work from home whilst being supported by a Practice Manager/RN to assist with co-ordinating Chronic Disease Management, administration, resident communications as well as your billings. You will also have the added benefit of cover whilst on leave! This opportunity is rare, we have well established procedures in place and have built robust relationships with the Aged Care Facilities having provided face to face consultations in the Caloundra Aged Care community for 40+ years.
