Your opportunity:
- Deliver business services independently within a complex school environment, interpreting information and adapting processes as required.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing reports and correspondence, researching issues, seeking specialist advice and recommending solutions.
- Lead the day-to-day supervision and management of school support staff, including monitoring workloads and performance, coordinating rosters and relief, approving timesheets and leave, and supporting recruitment, induction and training.
- Support the Principal with budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenditure, payroll and purchasing, preparing financial reports and providing advice on financial matters in line with legislation and policy.
- Oversee school facilities, grounds, resources and equipment, including maintenance, repairs, contractors and associated budgets, while building effective networks with Business Managers, staff and community representatives and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills when managing sensitive situations.
