We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the project team on the in Sydney CBD, working with a leading Tier 1 builder on an ongoing contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior CA with strong commercial construction experience to join a major landmark project and take ownership of key commercial and contractual responsibilities across the project.

The Role Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual administration of the project, including:

- Managing subcontractor packages from procurement through to completion
- Preparing, reviewing and administering subcontract agreements
- Managing variations, EOTs, progress claims and payment schedules
- Cost reporting, forecasting and financial management
- Subcontractor negotiations and commercial correspondence
- Managing procurement and letting of packages
- Reviewing scopes of work and ensuring contractual obligations are met
- Identifying and managing commercial risks
- Working closely with the Project Manager, Site Team, Consultants and Client
- Assisting with the overall commercial delivery of the project

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:





- Previous experience as a Senior Contract Administrator within a Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 commercial builder
- Experience working on large-scale commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of subcontract administration, procurement, variations, EOTs and progress claims
- Excellent commercial and contractual understanding
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage multiple subcontractor packages and competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving commercial issues
- Experience working within a structured project team
