Join Fairfield Hospital as a Physiotherapist Level 3 and lead the delivery of high quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care while supporting staff development, service improvement, and exceptional patient outcomes.

- Enjoy a dynamic job-share role (16 HPW, Thursday & Friday) within a supportive team environment, with opportunities for professional growth across specialist clinical areas.
- Deliver advanced physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and clinical decision making across a diverse inpatient and outpatient caseload.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to physiotherapy staff, Allied Health Assistants, and students to foster a culture of learning and excellence.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans that optimise patient recovery and outcomes.

- Extensive clinical knowledge in Orthopaedic Physiotherapy with a broad range of inpatient and outpatient clinical experience including post-operative joint replacement and other elective orthopaedic surgery, plastering and orthopaedic rehabilitation in the outpatient setting.
- Demonstrated advanced physiotherapy skills with experience managing complex caseloads and delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
- Proven ability to supervise, mentor,



and support the development of staff and students within a clinical environment.
- Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and the application of evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes

Selection Criteria

- Current Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated Extensive clinical knowledge in Orthopaedic Physiotherapy with a broad range of inpatient and outpatient clinical experience including post-operative joint replacement and other elective orthopaedic surgery, plastering and orthopaedic rehabilitation in the outpatient setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality improvement, research and service development activities.
- Demonstrated experience in supervision and teaching of staff and/or students.

Relevant clinical experience including demonstrated advanced practice skills and management of a complex orthopaedic physiotherapy caseload.
