An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a well-established and diversified organisation with operations across multiple locations in Perth.

With a broad operational footprint spanning sectors including manufacturing, construction, mining, energy, transport and others, this is a commercially focused role supporting operational leaders and providing meaningful financial insight across the business.

The organisation is headquartered interstate and has a growing presence across Western Australia. Due to the nature of the role, some travel between Perth-based offices and operational sites will be required.

About the role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will act as a trusted commercial partner to operational stakeholders, helping translate financial data into meaningful business decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with operational and senior leaders across multiple business units
- Providing financial analysis, reporting and commercial insights to support decision-making
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Analysing business performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
- Preparing management reports and providing commentary on financial results
- Working closely with operational teams to improve financial performance and accountability
- Supporting business cases, investment decisions and cost optimisation initiatives
- Developing meaningful financial KPIs and performance measures




- Providing financial modelling and scenario analysis as required
- Building strong relationships across a diverse and geographically dispersed business

About you

We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business rather than operating purely in a transactional finance environment.

You will ideally have:

- CA/CPA qualification or equivalent
- Strong experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Accountant, Management Accountant or similar role
- Proven experience partnering with operational stakeholders
- Strong financial analysis, modelling and management reporting skills
- Commercial acumen and the ability to turn financial information into practical business insights
- Advanced Excel and strong financial systems capability
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders

Experience within manufacturing, construction, mining, energy, other asset-intensive/operational environments will be highly regarded.
