At our Capalaba store, you'll lead from the front, creating an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial success and developing your team. Working alongside a passionate and supportive team, you will:

- Deliver service that stands out, creating memorable experiences for every customer
- Build solid trade relationships and grow engagement with our Retail & Trade Loyalty Program
- Share your expertise to help customers make confident lighting and design decisions

maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement
- Lead a culture of safety and wellbeing, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for customers and team members
- Take ownership of store operations, sales performance and profitability

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE

- You have proven leadership experience in a retail, sales or customer-focused environment
- You know how to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams
- You are commercially minded and passionate about delivering results
- You communicate with confidence and build strong relationships with customers and team members alike
- You approach challenges with positivity, resilience and a solutions-focused mindset
- You stay organised and focused, balancing competing priorities with ease

- You hold a current driver's licence and enjoy being hands-on when needed
