We're on the hunt for a Recruitment Manager to lead our Recruitment team and level up how we attract, hire and bring great humans into LSKD. You'll build scalable recruitment practices as we expand into new international markets, while shaping an EVP that makes people want to be part of what we're building.

How you'll make an impact...

- Lead a high-performing Recruitment team that lives the LSKD values and brings the brand to life
- Build efficient, scalable processes that deliver a seamless experience for candidates, leaders and stakeholders
- Build recruitment strategies that scale with LSKD - locally, globally and into whatever's next
- Partner with Head of People & Culture and Marketing to create, evolve and embed a compelling LSKD EVP
- Work with leaders across Retail, DC and HQ to turn capability needs into standout roles and campaigns
- Train and support leaders across Retail, DC and HQ to recruit and onboard their teams effectively.
- Create meaningful connections with potential team members who strongly align to the LSKD mission, values and culture
- Develop and deliver practical tools, training and guidance covering talent scouting, interview techniques, fair and bias aware hiring, and onboarding best practice




- Actively engage with local and relevant communities to support sustainable talent pipelines and position LSKD as an employer of choice
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve recruitment strategies, systems and outcomes
- Actively contribute to and help shape LSKD's broader People & Culture strategy

- Agency & vendor management: experience negotiating fees, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with brand
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment channels, and hiring best practice
- Ability to build relationships and credibility across all levels of the business
- Market insights: understanding of industry trends, talent availability, and competitor benchmarking
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
