Your new role

/n

The House Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and coordination of a residential Out of Home Care (OoHC) house, providing safe, therapeutic, and culturally responsive care for children and young people.

/n

The role is based within the house, working alongside the team to model practice, provide leadership, and ensure consistent, high-quality care aligned with each young person’s needs, routines, and goals.

/n

The ideal candidate

/n

/n

- Minimum Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention, Diploma of Welfare, or an equivalent qualification in community services.

/n

- Experience working in OOHC, youth services, or child protection environments.

/n

- Demonstrated ability to lead practice within a team environment.

/n





- Understanding of trauma-informed care, behaviour support, and safeguarding practices.

/n
