We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Certificate III Educator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Tallawong (78-place centre).

About the Role /n

As a Certificate III Educator, you will work as part of a collaborative team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.

/n

You’ll play an key role in building strong relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities /n

/n

- Support the implementation of engaging educational programs

/n

- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment

/n

- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

/n

- Observe and document children’s learning and development

/n





- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality education and care

/n

- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation

/n

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre

/n

- Support children’s wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions

/n

About You /n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

/n

/n

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

/n

- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

/n

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

/n

- Current Child Protection training/certificate

/n

- Basic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

/n

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

/n

- A genuine passion for early childhood education

/n

- Preferably 1+ years’ experience working in an early childhood education and care setting

/n

/n
