About the Role

We are seeking experienced UX/UI Designers for multiple opportunities supporting digital service delivery within a government environment.

You will translate user needs and business requirements into accessible, practical and evidence-based design solutions. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to digital products and services while improving design quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver UX/UI design activities across discovery, design, validation and implementation.
- Apply human-centred design methods to translate user insights into accessible and effective solutions.
- Develop and refine interface designs, prototypes, interaction specifications and implementation-ready artefacts.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to balance user,



business and technical requirements.
- Contribute to design systems, reusable assets and standards that improve consistency and quality.
- Share design expertise, support continuous improvement and provide mentoring or design leadership appropriate to your experience.

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience delivering UX/UI design outcomes for digital products and services.
- Ability to turn research insights and complex requirements into practical, evidence-based designs.
- Understanding of accessibility, inclusive design and human-centred design practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including explaining design decisions to diverse audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively with product managers, developers, researchers and other delivery specialists.
- Experience with design systems, prototyping tools, government or complex service environments will be highly regarded.

Existing Baseline security clearance is a requirement for this position.
