Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment.
- Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.
- Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our childrenu0027s interests and needs.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety.

Requirements of the Role:

- Diploma in Childrenu0027s Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.




- Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
- Previous childcare service management experience.
- Mandatory Child Safety Training (Geccko) Course 1 & 2 — Course 3 & 4 highly regarded
- Proficient with childcare management software.
- Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
