Reporting to the ICT Operations Manager, you'll join a small team and play a hands-on role in keeping the organisation's infrastructure secure and reliable

What you'll do

- Act as a technical specialist for infrastructure services and new solutions.
- Maintain and improve Azure and on-premises infrastructure.
- Provide Level 3 support for infrastructure and application platforms.
- Investigate complex issues, manage requests and recommend practical improvements.
- Document technical solutions and support change management.





What you'll bring

- Strong experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server and desktop environments.
- Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, including Hyper-V and Nutanix.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell or Shell.
- Explicit communication and a methodical approach to solving problems.
- Good understanding of on-premises networking, firewall solutions and backup technologies
- Awareness of ASD's Essential Eight security controls and DISP certification
- Linux/ RHEL and Ubuntu Operating System installation and administration is highly desirable
