Join the Logan and Gold Coast (LGC) Faster Rail project as an AO5 Temp Advisor (Document Control).
You will coordinate document workflows, administer project information systems and support timely review, approval and distribution of project records. You will help ensure information is accurate, accessible, securely stored and managed in line with TMR and Queensland recordkeeping requirements.

The Temp Advisor (Document Control) will be responsible for project document control activities to support successful delivery of the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGC) project.
Key responsibilities
- Review the Project Document Control Management Plan ensuring adherence to the plan throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define and maintain document management processes, workflows and guidance for users.
- Coordinate complex review and approval processes for program documentation.
- Administer project data sources and collaboration platforms, including InEight/TeamBinder, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Ensure all documents and information provided to the LGC project team are securely stored, tracked,
and responded to by the relevant team members and external parties responded within relevant service levels.
- Ensure project documents are stored in accordance with TMR and Queensland recordkeeping requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve document and information management services.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, briefing notes and submissions, and provide administrative, secretariat and project support.
About you
To thrive in this role, you will require strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will need to be confident supporting document workflows and information systems, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and applying governance and recordkeeping requirements in a complex project environment.
Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or professional certification in document and information management would be highly regarded.
