About the Role

As a Site Engineer, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering major civil infrastructure projects across Perth. Working alongside experienced project teams, you'll take ownership of key project activities, solve real-world engineering challenges and help deliver projects that leave a lasting impact on local communities.

This is an exciting opportunity to build your technical, commercial and leadership capability while gaining exposure to a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects with one of Australia's leading privately owned contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of project packages and help deliver major civil infrastructure works.
- Coordinate site operations, subcontractors and resources to drive project progress.
- Solve real-world engineering challenges and develop practical construction solutions.
- Monitor quality, programme and commercial performance across your work fronts.




- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and delivery partners.
- Contribute to safe, efficient and successful project outcomes.

- Degree qualified Civil Engineer with civil infrastructure project experience.
