An Australian manufacturer and supplier of premium tapware, bathroom products and architectural fixtures is seeking an experienced Product Specialist to join their growing team in their modern Seven Hills office. The business delivers high-quality, design-led products to architects, designers, builders and developers across Australia.

Reporting to the Product Manager, you'll manage the product portfolio, new product development and WaterMark/WELS compliance while working closely with suppliers and certification bodies. With the business continuing to grow, this role offers a clear pathway for progression.

Responsibilities

- Manage and develop the company's product portfolio
- Lead new product development projects from concept to launch
- Coordinate WaterMark, WELS, and other compliance certifications
- Liaise with suppliers, testing laboratories, and certification bodies
- Maintain technical documentation, compliance records, and product data
- Monitor product performance

About you





- Product management within tapware, plumbing, building products, or manufacturing
- Knowledge of WELS, WaterMark, and Australian compliance requirements
- Solid Excel and ERP system experience
- Understanding of manufacturing and quality systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
