The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering commercial insights that support and enhance business performance.

The position acts as a true strategic partner to operational teams, providing analysis, guidance, and support to drive informed decision-making and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Act as a strategic business partner to the CFO and regional leadership teams, providing commercial insight to support decision-making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes in partnership with business leaders.
- Deliver clear and insightful management reporting, highlighting key drivers, trends, risks and opportunities.
- Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Manage financial governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with requirements and internal control standards.
- Identify, assess and communicate key financial and commercial risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Lead, coach and develop the commercial/finance team, build capability,



accountability and a high-performance culture.

Your Skills & Experience

- CA/CPA qualified with solid technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
- Proven experience with full ownership of P&L;, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced financial planning and modelling skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, partnering with senior leaders to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.
- Full working rights in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa).
