The Role

This is not your standard position. You'll provide technical oversight including maintenance of the jacking system and support equipment.

With a strong focus on client service and business development, you'll build stakeholder relationships, and support training initiatives across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing oversight for compliant work delivery
- Providing technical support and maintenance
- Engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to problem-solve and deliver on expectations

About You

We're looking for a technically minded individual who is self-starting and can work alone as well as guide teams in high-risk environments while staying cool, calm,



and connected to clients.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- Mechanical aptitude and the confidence to hold technical conversations
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- A willingness to travel frequently, learn new systems, and think on your feet
- Training, QA or site leadership experience will be highly regarded
- Current valid driver's license
- You can be based in Brisbane

Experience in Mining, Rigging and Cranes are a bonus-but not essential. If you're mechanically minded and ready to grow, we'll back you with training.
