We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Officer to join our WA Finance team at our Corporate Office in West Perth to assist with our ERP implementation. This is a 12-month Maternity Leave Cover Contract, with the possibility of extension. We’re looking for a personable AP Officer who can play a crucial role in the implementation of our new, Microsoft-based ERP.

About the Role

In addition to supporting our ERP implementation, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role responsible for processing of supplier invoices, monitoring daily cash flow, completing bank reconciliations and preparing weekly payment batches. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, Financial Controllers, and home-based teams, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities on a day-to-day basis. This role suits someone who thrives in a energetic environment, enjoys working with numbers, and can balance accuracy with efficiency under time-sensitive deadlines.

What You’ll Bring





- Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Previous experience implementing an ERP, ideally Microsoft-based.
- Strong interest in developing a career in finance and accounts
- Willing to work across AP and AR
- High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months), evidence of 2026 Influenza vaccination (or willingness to obtain), and full working rights in Australia
