What You Will Be Doing

Our client is seeking experienced Asphalt Sealing Labourers to join their crew in Swanbank in a long-term role. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday-Friday, working 9-10hr shifts across day & night shifts (roster received in advance). You will meet at the depot in Swanbank and travel out to various sites as a crew.

Duties will include:

- Assist with spray seal and asphalt operations
- Work alongside truck drivers, plant operators and crew members
- General labouring duties on civil road projects
- Raking, shovelling and site clean-up
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Follow strict safety procedures on active roadwork sites

What You Will Need

- MR or HR Truck Licence (mandatory)
- White Card (mandatory)




- Previous labouring experience in the civil or asphalting industry
- RII tickets (desirable)
- Reliable transport to depot
- Ability to pass a Pre Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
- Willingness to work away from home when required
- Willingness to work across days and nights
- Physically fit and safety-focused
